Barefoot Beachcomber is the result of a divinely inspired moment coupled with many hours of thought as to how best to turn an unexpected retirement into an avenue to follow one's heart.  Before the first hit on the website, the vision evolved numerous times.  It is an act of faith, a step of courage and moves forward with the knowledge that all things are possible for those that believe. 

 

Our venue is almost exclusively the web.  The site was purpose designed to largely run itself with occasional intervention as the body and mind allow.  Much of the jewelry is hand-crafted and many are not duplicated.  The art is meant to provide a venue for those with talent who otherwise go unnoticed.  We  hope to provide an outlet for all kinds of talented people to display their unique passions.  Should you be one of those people, be sure to check out our affiliate program.

Saturdays we can be found at the Boynton Beach Ocean Avenue Green Market in the park behind the historic elementary school housing the Children's Museum.  The market is open between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and operates through the month of May.  For us, it is an opportunity to leave the confines of home and mingle among the people-a necessary outlet when working from home.  Enjoying the beautiful south Florida weather is a welcome side benefit.
